California Minimum Wage Law
As of January 1, 2025, the minimum wage in California will be increased under the California 2025 Minimum Wage Law. The law sets out different minimum wage rates based on the size of the employer. The minimum wage in California, effective January 1, 2025, is $16.50/hour for all employers.
