Arizona’s Workers’ Compensation Law (Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. §§ 23-901 to 23-965) is a state law that provides benefits to employees who are injured or become ill as a result of their employment. The law is administered by the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

  • Employer Responsibilities

Employers in Arizona are required to provide workers’ compensation insurance for their employees. Employers can purchase workers’ compensation insurance from a private insurance company or from the state of Arizona.

  • Employee Rights

Employees who are injured or become ill as a result of their employment are entitled to the following benefits under Arizona’s Workers’ Compensation Law:
